Clat exam

When you decided once that you are appearing for clat 2018 then you should know some important facts about Clat preparation.

What is CLAT

The CLAT is an all-India entrance exam conducted by 19 National Law Universities (NLUs) for admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes. Not only NLU’s but 43 other educational institute and two public sector are also consider the score of clat exams. The last year topper scored aggregating 154.25 out of 196 marks in clat exam. it is not easy to score high in CLAT exam. An aspirant should be focused and well prepared to get high score in exam. There are two-hour admission test consists of objective type covering questions. These questions belongs to  Elementary Mathematics or Numerical AbilityEnglish with Comprehension, General knowledge and Current affairs, Legal Aptitude and Legal Awareness and Logical reasoning.

Clat exam  -Eligibility criteria

There are 2 kinds of courses are running by law universities
Under-Graduate Courses- Senior Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognised Board.
Percentage – 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC and ST candidates). One important thing is that all Students whose results are awaited can also appear in the test.
There is also an age restriction of twenty years for Unreserved/NRIs/NRI Sponsored categories candidates and 22 years for SC/ST/ OBC/Specially
Post-Graduate Courses – B/B. L. Degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized University
Percentage – 55% marks in aggregate (50% in case of SC and ST candidates).
As par norms The candidates who have passed the qualifying degree examination through supplementary/ compartment and repeat attempts are also eligible for appearing in Clat exam.
Keep this thing in mind that all the students need to show proof of clearing previous exams before taking Admission provided that such candidates will have to produce the proof of having passed the qualifying examination with,50% as the case may be, on the date of their admission or within the time allowed by the respective universities.

CLAT Exam Preparation
